Simple automation starts at €750 excl. VAT, a multi-step workflow at €1,500 and AI-powered automation at €2,500. The price depends on the number of steps, the tools to connect and the exceptions to handle. Tool subscriptions and API costs remain yours.

Which tasks can be automated?

Repetitive, well-defined tasks: copying data from one tool to another, handling incoming customer requests, sorting, extracting or summarising information. We start by mapping the target process to make sure the automation will be reliable and genuinely useful before we build anything or send a quote.

Can AI make mistakes?

Yes, which is why we never promise a perfect result. Every AI automation includes checks and human validation matched to the risk, tests on representative examples and handling of common errors. Sensitive decisions stay in your hands, and the system flags what it can't handle.

Do we need to change our current tools?

Not necessarily. We connect your existing tools when they offer an API or an integration. If a tool doesn't, we tell you during the process analysis and look for a realistic alternative with you before quoting the project, rather than replacing everything.

Are AI model costs included?

No. AI model and API usage costs are billed by the providers, based on usage. We estimate them with you during scoping, based on the volume of data processed, so the recurring cost is known before the project starts and there are no surprises afterwards.
