Yes. All our prices exclude VAT; the applicable VAT is added depending on your situation. They are starting prices: a landing page starts at €500, a business website at €1,000, a web MVP at €2,500 and a simple automation at €750, excl. VAT.
Is there a discount for impact projects?
Yes: 30% off our prices for non-profits, associations, social enterprises and sustainable, solidarity or ecological projects. Switch on “Impact project” at the top of the page to see the reduced prices. Eligibility is confirmed during the first conversation, based on the project's mission.
Why are prices shown as “from”?
Because they are starting prices for the scope described in each offer. The final amount depends on your needs: number of pages or screens, features, integrations and content. The quote then sets out exactly what is and isn't included, before any work starts.
How is the quote prepared?
After a first conversation and, if needed, a half-day scoping workshop (€450 excl. VAT, deductible from the project under the terms of the quote), we define the scope, deliverables and priorities. The quote sets out what is and isn't included, before anything starts.
What happens if the scope changes during the project?
We assess the impact of the change on budget and schedule together before approving it. Nothing is added without your approval: a new feature is estimated separately, and you decide whether it joins the current project or a later improvement.
Are hosting, licences and APIs included in the price?
No. Hosting, the domain name, licences, tool subscriptions and API or AI model costs are billed separately or directly by the providers. We help you choose them and estimate these recurring costs during scoping, so you know the full budget before the project starts.
Do you offer maintenance after launch?
Yes. The maintenance & improvements plan starts at €120 excl. VAT per month and covers updates, technical monitoring and small fixes; its exact content and volume are agreed together. One-off improvements are also possible, each estimated based on the workload involved.
Do I own my website or app?
Ownership of the deliverables and code is set out in the contract, with the exact terms agreed before the project starts. Every project comes with getting-started documentation, so you can develop it further with us or with another provider of your choice.
Can we start with an MVP and add features later?
Yes, it's often the most sensible approach. A web MVP, from €2,500 excl. VAT, lets you validate the essentials with real users in 1 to 2 months. Further features are then estimated one by one, based on feedback and your priorities.
